When becoming a Legacy for Life donor, you can make a gift to the Mother of Life Center in your will or living trust. If you are interested in giving through our Legacy for Life planned giving program, you may suggest that your attorney include the language: “I give and bequeath to Mother of Life Center (Tax I.D. 22-2579761), located at 400 Atwells Ave. Providence, RI 02909, in the sum of $______, or ______ percent of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate for the benefit of Mother of Life Center, to be used as the Board of Directors directs.”
